Throughout the first half of 2022, we will retire our AI-generated text product, formerly known as First Draft.
MarketMuse NLG Technology has tons of potential for marketers to expedite their content production; however, we have decided to place greater focus on other areas of our business and product suite. For this reason, we cannot deliver an experience that meets our (high) standards and we will be sunsetting this product for all customers.
On April 1 we will retire the ability to order new MarketMuse NLG Technology in platform. Customers will have at least a month to retrieve their completed drafts from the platform or convert them to Saved Writing before we remove the “First Drafts” bar navigation in the Suite. Watch this quick video for instructions on how to convert your generated content to Saved Writing.
After April 1, customers should email support@marketmuse.com to request that any of these drafts they were not able to save in time be emailed to them. Please send us the name of your inventory or site so that we can more easily find the drafts in question.
Final Draft, our line of polished, human-edited, publication-ready drafts, is still available to customers upon request. Please contact your account manager if you would like to receive Final Draft.
