How to Share a Document

Here’s how to share a document with anyone. Note that sharing only provides the designated recipient(s) with access to that specific document. It doesn’t provide access to the platform itself.

Click the sharing button at the top right of the screen
Document Sharing 2 1
Add any email addresses to your invite list.
Document Sharing 3 1
Copy the links to the clipboard so you can paste them elsewhere.
Document Sharing 4
An email notification is sent and the recipient(s) click on the link to open the document.
Document Sharing 5
Recepients need to enter their email address.
