If you’re having trouble logging in, it could be due to a browser add-on (extension). Ad blockers specifically can affect your ability to login to MarketMuse. Unfortunately, we have no control over how an add-on interacts with MarketMuse.
Typically, the symptom is that you press the button after entering your credentials and nothing happens. Or you get an error message about JSON or something equally incomprehensible.
If this happens you can open up a browser window incognito and login again.
Or, you can temporarily disable one add-on at a time (starting with your ad blocker if you have one) and try logging in each time. In this way, you’ll be able to isolate the offending add-on. Next time around you can just disable that offending addon.
