Your plan determines your ability to add, delete, and change users.
Premium Accounts
Click on your organization’s name located at the top of the left navigation bar and then click Settings when the dropdown menu appears.
Within Settings screen, click Team. This menu allows an admin to Invite, Edit, Delete, or Suspend users on the account. Clicking on the 3 vertical dots to open the action menu, which is explained below.
1. Edit Teammate Account – This lets you adjust and edit the various options and information fields of a user. Please note, emails cannot be edited.
2. Delete Teammate – This will remove the teammate.
3. Suspend Teammate – Suspending a teammate will prevent the user from being able to log in, but not delete their login. You can use this if you have temporary workers using MarketMuse.
Standard, Classic, and AppSumo Tier
All 3 tiers above are allotted a single user with the option to add more. To add a new user to one of the above listed plans, please do the follow:
- Click on the Credit Counter in the lower left of the screen –
2. Click Add Users –
3. Fill out the new user’s information and finalize by clicking Submit and Continue.
4. Fill out the payment form then click Create User.
The new user will receive an email with login instructions.

The Free Tier has a single user allottment.
