How can I export data from MarketMuse to a spreadsheet?

Export Research application data by clicking the “Export” button. You can export what you see onscreen or just selected data. Export Optimize application data by clicking the “Export” button and selecting “Excel” from the available options.

What types of data can I export (e.g., keyword data, content brief data, performance metrics)?

Content Strategy documents, Plans, and Content Briefs can be exported in their entirety. In Optimize you can export an article’s text content, associated Content Score and Word Count metrics, topic model data, Compete data, and Heatmap data. In Research you can export keyword data, SERP data, and linking suggestions.

Can I customize the exported data to include specific columns or fields?

Customized export data is limited to selecting which keywords, along with their associated data, are exported.

Is there a limit to the amount of data I can export at once?

The limit is based on your current view, which could amount hundreds of keywords an associated data.

In MarketMuse, you can create Saved Views which controls how and what data is presented through a combination of sophisticated filtering, sorting, and column selection. Reports are also available in the form of Content Strategy documents, Plans, and Content Briefs.

Heatmap is the most sophisticated visualization, allowing you to easily discover gaps across the top 20 results in Google for any subject.
