Canceling your membership
There are 3 ways to cancel your account:
- If you have a Self-Serve membership (you signed up and paid online), you can cancel your own account by going to Settings (located on the left navigation bar) and clicking on Payment, and finally clicking on Cancel.
- You can also send an email to email@example.com and include the email address you use to login with.
- And finally, you can contact Customer Support by clicking on “chat with support” to cancel your account.
Under the Payment Tab of Settings you’ll find:
- Subscription information
- Current payment method
- Billing information
Go to Settings (found on the left-side Navigation Bar) and click on the Payment tab.
