How to Manage Your Document Subscription

Every paid plan has a monthly allocation of documents (analysis, planning, briefs). You can increase your monthly limit by purchasing additional packs.

Buying Additional Documents

buy add ons 3 — Click “Subscription” tab

buy add ons 4 — Click “Other Add-ons” tab

buy add ons 5 — Click “+ Purchase Document Add-ons” button

buy add ons 6 — Select the package you wish to purchase

Deleting Additional Documents

If you no longer need the extra pack of documents, delete it prior to the next billing cycle. They’ll still be available during the current cycle, but you won’t be charged on the next one.

delete add ons 3 — Click the “Subscription” tab

delete add ons 4 — Click the “Other Add-ons” tab

delete add ons 5 — Click the trash can beside the item you wish to delete
